“It’s so good to have a cup of sour plum juice on such a scorching day. Thank you!” When Mr. Wang, an employee from a customer at Prologis Nanjing Liuhe Logistics Center, arrived at work on a sweltering summer morning,unexpectedly, he is greeted with a cup of sour plum juice from the Prologis China property management team. He was deeply impressed by this special care from Prologis team.

From July to August, the relentless heat of the scorching summer posed a significant challenge to customers working within the logistics centers. To show care and appreciation to customers, the Prologis China property management team initiated such refreshing events in several cities, including Shenyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Kunshan, Huzhou, Nantong, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an, and more. They distributed mineral water, refreshing teas, sour plum juice, watermelon, and heatstroke emergency kits to nearly 4,300 employees from 66 different customers. These thoughtful acts demonstrated Prologis’ meticulous and heartfelt service.

At Prologis Nanjing Liuhe Logistics Center, a booth was set up at the gate to offer chilled sour plum juice to customer employees twice in a day. Tao, property manager of the Prologis logistics center, said: “The fontline workers of our customers suffered from theextreme heat  and we are keenly to provide our support. Considering people usually get sweaty and need for hydration in such hot days, we purchase beverages and provide to our customers. Additionally, we provide chilled sour plum juice for a whole week, aiming to bring some refreshing relief to everyone.”

The property management team at Prologis Huzhou Lianshi Logistics Center even went the extra mile by distributing salty soft drinks, heatstroke prevention kits, mugs, and other essentials to the frontline staff of customers. Through the provision of practical care and support, such initiatives offered more than mere tokens of appreciation, but also illustrated gratitude towards Prologis’ customers for their unwavering support and trust.

A customer employee at Prologis Huzhou Lianshi Logistics Center said, “We're sincerely grateful for the soft drinks and heatstroke emergency kits. They are much-needed and immensely helpful during such hot day.”

Meanwhile, Prologis Shenyang Hunnan and Wuhan Jiangxia Logistics Centers provided watermelon, ice cream, and other cooling treats to frontline employees of their customers. Prologis Foshan Gaoming Logistics Center went a step further by inviting ice cream cart into the park to offer complimentary treats to customers. By those initiatives, Prologis supports the smooth operation of customer organizations through their caring and dedicated service.
