When completed, this logistics park will comprise over two million square feet of state of the art distribution space in eight single story warehouses. Phase 1, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2019, will be 747,900 SF (69,400 SQM). Phase 2, scheduled to be finished at the end of 2020, will deliver another 1,272,300 SF (118,200 SQM).
The location is excellent for both regional and city distribution and has good visibility at the intersection of the West 4th Ring Road and the Beijing‐Harbin Expressway (G1). The site is only eight kilometers from downtown Shenyang via the 3rd Ring Road and eight kilometers from the China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park.
