Prologis is closely monitoring the evolving outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19. Since the outbreak started, Prologis has worked with health officials in China to donate medical masks and protective clothing, in hopes of limiting the spread of the virus and easing the burden on local aid workers and medical personnel.

The safety and well-being of our employees and their families is our number one priority. We are following regulations from government authorities regarding the containment of the coronavirus, as well as guidelines set by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public health organizations. Based on these guidelines, our China offices are currently closed and Prologis employees in China are working from home. Also, our employees in Japan and Italy are working from home or exercising flexible hours to avoid congested commutes. Our local customer experience teams around the world are communicating regularly with our customers.

We are taking proper health precautions where warranted and encouraging our team members to take signs of illness seriously. The company requires approval from our Executive Committee to travel to Asia. Other business travel is permitted, although not required and employees can cancel trips based on their own comfort level.

This is a fluid situation and we are closely monitoring ongoing developments.
