Jinan Airport Logistics Center

Located in the Ji’nan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, this park is constructed in two phases. Phase 1 delivers four single-story warehouses of about 752,000 SF (69,900 SQM). Phase 2, completed in Q3 2020, delivers another three single-story warehouses of about 788,000 SF (73,200 SQM).

The park is located in the International Logistics Development Center of Jinan High-Tech Zone. It is adjacent to G20 Qingyin Expressway, G35 Jiguang Expressway and G2001 Ji’nan Ring Expressway, through which all the major areas on the Shandong Peninsula can be reached. As a regional distribution center with good supporting facilities, the High-Tech Zone appeals to businesses in cross-border e-commerce, bonded processing and manufacturing, high-end equipment manufacturing and e-commerce logistics.
